The New Jersey State Building and Construction Trades Labor Management Council : (LMC)
The New Jersey State Building and Construction Trades Labor Management Council (LMC) is dedicated to improving the quality of construction projects in New Jersey by promoting cooperation between skilled workers and management. As one of the first such organizations nationwide, the Council is comprised of more than 15 organizational members representing over 135,000 individuals in the building trade unions and major construction employer associations, which include contracting firms statewide. The LMC is a non-profit, self-funded organization committed to developing innovative solutions and supporting labor management partnerships.
